No, Seriously

No, Seriously

Finally- a jacket that solves the problems that has frustrated us for so many years. If you are serious about your gear and your life depends on its performance, you need to check out this product.
While at America's largest outdoor retail expo, we set out on a quest for the best technical wear and found it at Rocky S2V. Their line of winter apparel is made to perform and last with every design element intentionally thought out. No short cuts, no sacrifice to quality. You can trust your life with this apparel- no seriously- trust your life. They have an integrated survival kit (fire starter, parachute cord, compass, whistle, emergency blanket, light stick, etc).

Integrated into their expedition jacket are the following design features:

  • 7 exterior waterproof pockets, 2 with two-way zippers
  • 1 interior pocket accessible from inside or outside of jacket
  • Fully adjustable helmet compatible hood
  • Detachable integrated powder skirt that doubles as a signal flag
  • Pit zips featuring two way zippers
  • Aerotherm zoned thermal insulation in elbows and back (reduces conduction)
  • RECCO Passive avalanche beacon
  • Fully integrates with expedition pants
  • Comes with survival grenade (needle, 10' of para cord, fire starter and tinder, knife blade, 2 fishing hooks, 2 swivels, 2 weights, tin foil, wire)

Rocky S2V has raised the bar. We plan to put this jacket to the test in our upcoming technical rescue training and look forward to carrying their apparel and footwear lines within the next month. So, stay tuned.
